These terms cover using this website and booking time at GameCentralHub in Warsaw. By sending a request or using the site, you agree to what's below. If something here doesn't work for you, email us before you book.

Using the site

The site is here to show what we offer and let you request a booking or membership. Use it as intended — don't try to break, overload or scrape it, and don't submit false details in the form. The content is ours; please don't republish it as your own.

Bookings and membership

Sending the form is a request to hold a seat, streaming room or membership, not a finished purchase. It is confirmed once we reply. We may need to adjust a time or seat if the hub is full, and we'll tell you if that happens. Prices are shown in Polish złoty and can change, but a confirmed booking keeps its quoted price.

At the hub

Treat the space, the machines and the coffee counter with care, and treat other members decently. We can end a session without refund for behaviour that puts people or equipment at risk, or that breaks the venue rules posted on site. Look after your own belongings.

Payment

You pay at the counter when you arrive, or by invoice for memberships and longer bookings. We never collect card details through this website.

Liability

We keep the venue running as reliably as we can, but we can't promise the site or every station is available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from using the site or the venue.
