Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you contact GameCentralHub, book a streaming room or join the hub, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short on purpose, because we ask for very little.
What we collect
When you send the booking form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, the plan you chose and your preferred date. If you sign up for our email updates, we only take your email address. We do not ask for card numbers, identity documents or any payment details through the site, and we do not run our own advertising trackers on the page.
Why we use it
We use these details for one thing: to confirm your request and hold your seat, room or membership. That means emailing or calling you back, answering a question, and keeping a record of who is expected at the hub. We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Booking and membership records are kept only as long as we reasonably need them to run the venue and handle follow-up questions, then removed. Email sign-ups stay until you unsubscribe. If you ask us to delete your record sooner, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will handle it. If you signed up or booked by mistake, tell us and we will drop the record.
Cookies
The site uses only what it needs to function. For detail on cookies and how to switch them off in your browser, see our Cookie Policy.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date above. Questions are welcome at any time by email.
